Designing Related: Your website has been completely designed as per your instruction and guidance, instruction provided by you and your company concerned employee, staff, and other member of your company. The material, data, graphics, logo, animation, design, pattern, color combination, and other website designing tools has been provided by you and your company employee. The website contain data, description, product / services or any such related thing which company intend to sell or providing information about the same is completely instructed by you and the entire material is provided by you to creative web. If any the images, graphic, material, data, description has been extracted from internet resources or any others form of media by creative web is completely on instruction by you and your company member and other related person, Creative web is not responsible for any misuse of the data, graphic, logo, product image, Discription, trademark, copyrighted, and other sole property of any other company in your website as it is completely provided by you or instructed by you. So it is assume that you have the right to use other company graphics or any such data to represent it on you website for information purpose and guarantees that you will not misuse the same for any reason whatever the reason may be, however creative web has to do nothing with all this right and responsibility of you and the third party as its you lookout. Creative web is not responsible for any damage to any copyrighted product, trademark or licensee copy of software, design, instrumental, data, graphics, description, message, offer, color combination, name, logo, slogan, product list, services provided, or any such data in any form of media available on the net or written form which has been mention in your website as it being in calculated, incorporated or designed on your instruction. You have completely provided the website related data and information completely on your risk and creative web has to do nothing with the disputes between you and third party in any kind of matter involving website related criteria. Also we would like to inform you that the material which has been provided to creative web at the time of designing your website will be retained by us for future reference or any other alteration as per your instruction. The material which has been provided may be copyrighted or trademark or sol authority of any other company, but creative web has to do nothing with such thing as it is provided directly by you in any form such as CD-ROM, PDF format, ZIP format, hard copy, print out, photocopy, fax or any other media. So creative web is at all not responsible for any damage to such data. Similarly if nay of the material provided to creative web may not be return back or you can't ask for the same as it may be loss or damaged during designing and reference work. Or simply it is retain as proof for future that so and so material has been provided by you during website designing process. Remember that if any of the website design has been according to some readymade template offer on internet as free by any other company designing the website template the client has provided the same for their personal use and creative web has just provided the services to re-design the same as per their instruction provided by you the revert back link to that company might or might not be their as per your instruction.

Services: We provide website designing, hosting, domain registration & E-commerce solution Domain & Hosting service has to be renewed every year to continue your website and other services. Therefore of you design, host and domain register with us we will renew it every year without prior intimation because once domain expires you website will be automatically off to net and the domain is being booked by any company so to avoid this we renew your domain & provide hosting space for smooth working of your website and the invoice will be courier to you as per the industry rate and the services provided. If at all you are not interested in renewing with us you have to inform us 2 months before well in advances otherwise creative web will not be responsible for your renewal. It is informed well in advance that the any changes in the website shall be brought into the notice of creative web within one month of launching the website on server irrespective of the number of time it is being updated now and then. No changes will be made after that period. If any changes has to be made after that it will be charges as per the creative web charging structure. Control panel to your hosting server will be provided only after the full payment of the website as per the invoice has been made to creative web, (Cheque payment subject to realization) only after the full payment the admin, password, control panel, email password, and other facility provided during the website contract or quotation will be provided. If any of the Cheque or any such instrument is dishonored or bounce you will be liable to possible legal disputes or penalty upto 500 INR or both. Full Payment should be made within 7 working days of received of invoice or website will be off to net and will be restart only after realization of your payment.

You're Responsibility: No changes should be made to your website without prior written permission of creative web, if any changes is made or the display of website is logout by any misuse of the site creative web is not responsible for that, and for re-design or proper display it will be charged. Creative web will not responsible for any misleading information provided on your website, any obscene images, nude photo, MMS, misleading & default offer, obscene video clips, presentation or any such information which damages moral features, image, goodwill, status, copyrighted of any person, company, or such. Therefore you are strictly informed well in advance not to provide you secured admin & password to any irresponsible person who can misuse your website for his / her personal use or damaging you company identity. At all if it happen Creative web will not be responsible for the same.
